Word provides a quick and easy way to access the Page Setup dialog box. To access the Page Setup dialog box, simply position the mouse cursor anywhere on the gray portions of the rulers (either horizontal or vertical) and then double-click. You can then make your changes and have them immediately reflected in what you see on the screen.
